Teaching the Written Word to reveal the Living Word

Adult Ministries

Flocks

Small groups started in 2002. It has taken several forms and is now directed by all the elders through a system we now call "Flocks". Flocks meet together on designated Sunday evenings throughout the year.

Hebrews 10:24-25
...let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together ... but encouraging one another all the more ...

Small groups are an opportunity for us to live out these scriptural mandates to love, encourage and stimulate each other toward good deeds as a congregation and in our individual lives. Our desire is that you will find a place where you feel connected so that you can experience more fully the John 10:10 type of life that Christ promises.

Women's Ministry

Sandy Wilkins leads this ministry, which is planning four events for this year.

Men's Ministry

Men's ministry has been active for many years. We have quarterly breakfasts that are mainly for fellowship, but we always have a speaker or a message to encourage one another.

Sunday School

We offer two Sunday School classes for adults.

Our class that meets in the Main Auditorium uses a lecture style approach. Powerpoint slides are used to provide a verse by verse study of the Bible. This class is taught by Dr. Ray Clark. Notes are provided for each lecture.

Our other class, the "Matthews-Sukta" class, meets downstairs and provides a Biblically based discussion format of teaching. The first portion of the class is spent sharing praises and prayer requests. This class is taught by Gary Matthews and Steve Sukta.
