Pecan Pie October 26, 2006
From the kitchen of: Carol Hockenbrocht
Ingredients:
1 c white sugar
1 c white karo syrup
2 eggs
1 cup, chopped pecans
1/8 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add salt, well beaten eggs, syrup and nuts. Mix well.
Bake in raw pastry shell 1 hour 300 degrees.
