Potato Deluxe October 26, 2006
2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 C onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 lb carton sour cream
6 T butter, melted
8 oz sharp cheese, grated
salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS: Allow hash browns to thaw 30 minutes before use. Then mix all ingredients in pyrex bowl. Optional: Crumble potato chips on top. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
